Unemployment numbers continue to be unfavorable following the largest spending plan in the history of America. That's the news this week, as unemployment rates rose to 9.1 percent.
Political experts are now saying President Obama's several rounds of stimulus spending may not have been so helpful after all in immediately creating jobs. It will most likely take a while for programs such as the Recovery Act to fully kick into gear, but when they do, it will be interesting to see what the effect is on the unemployment rate and other key numbers.
